About Donald Feinberg

Before this, Mr. Feinberg held various management jobs within Gartner, most recently vice president and general manager of Latin America operations. Mr. Feinberg began his career at Gartner in the Software Management Strategies group responsible for DBMS engines and vendors. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Feinberg was director of technical marketing for Oracle Corporation’s IBM mainframe database business. In this capacity, he was responsible for technical sales and marketing support of the products worldwide. Previously, Mr. Feinberg was an assistant professor of mathematics at Boston University.

About Ted Kummert

Ted Kummert is Corporate Vice President, Data and Storage Platform Division at Microsoft Corp. As corporate vice president of the Data Storage and Platform Division at Microsoft Corp., Ted Kummert leads an integrated product team that delivers application platform products as part of the Microsoft Server and Tools Business. Kummert’s key product responsibilities include Microsoft SQL Server, the company’s solution for enterprise data management and analysis, as well as Microsoft cluster, file and systems storage technologies. Most recently, Kummert served as corporate vice president of the Security, Access and Solutions Division (SASD), an integrated product division responsible products and services including Windows Server Terminal Services, the Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server, Microsoft Forefront Server Security for Exchange and Microsoft Small Business Server.
