Ms. Colville's area of research is configuration management, which includes server provisioning and configuration, IT Service Dependency Mapping technologies and traditional desktop management. The latest addition to her area of coverage includes Configuration Management Data Base(CMDB). For 10 years prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Colville was a senior networking specialist at IBM, where she assisted Fortune 100 clients and midsize enterprises with development and deployment of their networking and communications architecture. About Stephan Glathe Stephan Glathe is co-founder and CTO of enteo Software GmbH. In
this capacity he is responsible for all aspects of system design and realization of
enteo products. His management tasks include product management and
development. Automating routine IT processes for customers around the world, and thus giving them time to devote to more important things, is the focus of his endeavors. To set
new standards in the market by finding intelligent and innovative solutions is his
driving ambition. Simplifying complex interrelationships, developing visions, and
implementing these together with others are Glathe’s particular strengths.
Glathe studied industrial engineering and management in Karlsruhe, Germany, and
began working as a freelance software engineer for several companies while still a
student. Among his employers were Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG and debis
Systemhaus. At the same time, he developed the first version of NetInstall. In 1995,
he founded enteo Software GmbH together with Markus Förster and Stefan
Rehberger in order to further develop and market this product. |
