********** About Jeff Comport Jeffrey Comport is a vice president and distinguished analyst in Gartner Research. He is chief of research for software. His research areas include applications and application architecture across all areas of software and software providers. Mr. Comport has more than 25 years of experience in packaged software application conceptualization, design, development, implementation and marketing. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Comport was vice president of strategic planning for Integral Systems, where he led the transition from mainframe to C/S packaged products. Before that, Mr. Comport was vice president, product strategy for Criterion Incorporated, where he introduced the first PC-based packages for analytical human resources functions such as affirmative action, compensation planning and succession planning About Kirsten Greenfield Kirsten Greenfield is USi’s Practice Director of Oracle Professional Services. She has over 10 years experience in information technology implementation, business process consulting and external auditing. Kirsten’s experience spans multiple industries and many of Oracle’s leading ERP modules. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. About Joel E. Rubin Joel E. Rubin has been with The Princeton Review since 1987, first as a franchise operator and owner, and more recently as Vice President of Operations, overseeing all company-owned locations.
