In this role, he is responsible for leading customer service, technical support, and e-commerce/custom services project management teams that create and sustain a satisfying end-to-end customer experience. Prior to joining Invitrogen, Mr. Arnold was director of business operations with Intuit’s TurboTax division. There he managed the development and deployment of multiple enterprise-level IT and DR/BCP solutions as well as $25M in annual capital initiatives. Earlier, he was senior manager, customer care planning and support, at Gateway Computers, where, among other duties, he was responsible for managing call center planning, workforce scheduling, QA, and Six Sigma customer care projects. Mr. Arnold has also held internal audit and accounting management positions at General Dynamics. He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Western Michigan University and an M.B.A. in finance from Wayne State University.
