About Susan Landry

Susan Landry is a vice president and distinguished analyst in Gartner Research. She co-leads the research agenda for the Applications role of Gartner for IT Leaders. Ms. Landry focuses on the implications of industry and technology trends on application strategy, development, integration and management. Ms. Landry previously managed Gartner’s Banking Industry Advisory Service where she led the research agenda and specialized in bank-specific technology strategies, customer experience management, multichannel integration, e-business and application renewal. Prior to joining Gartner, she had 20 years of hands-on application experience including strategy, development, integration, package selection and deployment, and management. The businesses enabled by these applications included customer-facing solutions, high-volume/high-risk payment and financial systems, and enterprise applications. She launched several technology-enabled products and services.
